What are your service times?

Our service times depend on our service contract with you. If you do not have one, we serve our customers on a first come first served basis. We prioritize our service in the following order:

  • Client Contract & SLA Agreements
  • Block hour clients
  • High priority & outage related issues
  • Regular service issues

If you need a preferred service, we recommend that you purchase a support block or a managed service contract.

What are your hours of operations?

We work on a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. However, in case of an emergency, we may be able to assist you at an off-hour, emergency rate.
